The Place Apartment Hotel in OK! Magazine
The Place, Opal Property Group’s 4* apartment hotel in the centre of Manchester, features in the July 16th issue of OK! Magazine.

The Place offers unique apartments for up to six people, combining the comforts of home with a hotel reception, bar and breakfast, ideal for business and leisure travellers alike. These unique apartments, a fusion of historic features and contemporary styling, with real wood laminate floors, exposed brickwork, barreled ceilings and steel girders throughout the lounge, kitchen and bedrooms.
It is located within the former London Warehouse, which prior to being redeveloped by the Opal Property Group, had lain derelict for over 30 years. The Place is recognised as a catalyst for the regeneration of the surrounding area and is Manchester’s first apartment hotel.
The Place continues to evolve to meet the requirements of its guests; in addition to the stylish bar and breakfast facilities, plans are underway for an intimate conference suite for up to 30 (boardroom style).
